WHAT THEY STAND FOR
Showing that a clothing label could be financed by the people who wear it.
DSTLD raised $1.7 million from more than 1,700 investors, the first fashion brand to use Regulation A+. Its lifetime sales tripled in the year that followed.
The interesting part is not the amount. It is that seventeen hundred people who liked the clothes became owners of the company making them, and then behaved like owners.
